According to an entry in the official blog of the network, Fox Sports will produce a 30 minute live show that will be hosted by Rachel Bonnetta and broadcast exclusively on Twitter from the Red Square in Moscow and will feature various sports personalities.
Twitter will also publish summaries and videos almost in real time of the best actions of each meeting. On the other hand, Snapchat, which already has a base of 178 million daily users around the world, will produce a Publisher Story that will narrate the day to day of the World Cup presenting summaries; advances and features produced exclusively for this social network. In addition to this, Snapchat will offer a story section with snaps of fans showing the perspective of the community.
These sports offers in social networks have been expanding since twitter included in its content the PGA Tour and videos of the NFL. Also, Snapchat has a partnership with Eurosport to share stories of the 2018 Winter Olympics.
